At Buhrt Engineering & Construction, we take pride in the quality of our fabrication and engineering work. Because our services involve custom-built products and specialized labor, our return and refund policy reflects the nature of custom industrial fabrication.

Custom Fabrication

All fabrication work is custom-made to client specifications. As such, completed custom fabrications are generally non-returnable. However, if a fabricated item does not meet the agreed-upon specifications outlined in the written contract, we will work with you to correct the issue at no additional charge.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you receive a product or service that does not meet the specifications agreed upon in writing, please contact us within 30 days of delivery or completion. We will:

• Review the issue and compare it to the agreed specifications
• Repair or replace the item if it does not meet specifications
• Issue a partial or full refund if repair or replacement is not feasible

Deposits and Cancellations

Deposits paid for custom fabrication projects are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has begun. If a project is cancelled before materials are ordered, deposits may be refunded at our discretion, less any administrative costs incurred.
